We proudly guarantee our work 100%. We will repair or replace any of our items that have broken due to our workmanship, free of charge. This excludes items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, chlorine exposure or an accident. The most common breakages we see occur at weakened stress points on bracelets due to exposure to chlorine and chlorinated products, such as cleaning products, hair styling products, swimming pools and jacuzzis. To repair such items, we charge 20% of the retail price. In any case, we must examine the item to accurately determine the type of damage.
