What sort of guarantee do I get?
If for any reason*, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crucian Gold, please return the purchased item. We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a credit.

Incomplete or damaged items:
Before unpacking our products please check out our invoice so you can verify they are what you ordered. Email your request to sales@cruciangold.com, specifying your purchase number ID and the reason for your request. Any refused
items must be returned fully intact and in perfect condition, complete with their packaging and all documentation sent by Cruciangold.com.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible within 1 month following receipt and inspection of all items. We regret that delivery costs (forwarding and restitution) however cannot be paid nor refunded.
