How can I shop online?

Shopping online at Crucian Gold is very simple. Just select the option you prefer.

  • Place the items in your shopping cart and then checkout, and pay for the items using a credit card on the secure server
  • Fax us your order at 1-877-773-5241
  • Mail us your order

Note: For Fax payments please include the credit card number, billing address, expiration date and for mail-in payments, please send the money order, check or credit card info with the completed order form.

What payment methods do you accept?

CrucianGold.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover for all online purchases. If you do not feel secure entering your credit card information online, you can place your order with one of our account executives over the phone and pay through money orders or checks. When are credit cards charged for an order?

CrucianGold.com charges your credit card when you make an order. If part of an order is back ordered, you are charged for the cost of the shipped items plus the full cost of shipping; when the backordered items are sent, you are billed only for the additional items.

Why do you need my personal information?

We need your personal information in order to conform to the strict security standards set-up for your protection. For information on how your personal identifying data is handled, please view our privacy policy.

What sort of guarantee do I get?

If for any reason*, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crucian Gold, please return the purchased item. We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a credit.

Incomplete or damaged items:

Before unpacking our products please check out our invoice so you can verify they are what you ordered. Email your request to sales@cruciangold.com, specifying your purchase number ID and the reason for your request. Any refused items must be returned fully intact and in perfect condition, complete with
their packaging and all documentation sent by Cruciangold.com.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible within 1 month following receipt and inspection of all items. We regret that delivery costs (forwarding and restitution) however cannot be paid.
