What is the Crucian Gold Store?
Crucian Gold is the Studio and Showcase of Artist/Metal smith Brian Bishop. He was born and raised on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands and continues to live and create fascinating jewelry there.

What kind of Jewelry can I find at Crucian Gold?
Crucuan Gold makes and sells a wide range of bracelets, pendants, rings, earrings and other specialty items. Specific items can also be made to order if so desired. Get in touch with us here!

What is my birthday gemstone?
The following list will tell you about your birthday gemstone and its hallmark color.

How do I measure my wrist?
To measure your wrist correctly, wrap an ordinary piece of paper or cloth comfortably around your wrist bone. Mark the point where the edges meet. This measurement (in inches) is your wrist size. Once we have this measurement, we can determine the correct bracelet size for you.

Note: It is not necessary to pad your measurement when placing an order as our designs come with a built-in adjustment.

What does 'ga.' (gauge) mean?
'Ga.' or gauge refers to the thickness of gold wire used to make a ring or pendant. The higher the number the lighter the gauge and the lower the number the thicker/heavier the gauge.

Note: The sizes of the jewelry will vary slightly as each individual piece is made by hand.
18 ga. = Extra fine
16 ga. = Fine
14 ga. = Medium
12 ga. = Large
10 ga. = X-Large

What is Crucian Gold's guarantee?
We guarantee all of our jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship, and to be able to with stand the use it was intended for. If ever a piece of Crucian Gold Jewelry should fail to meet this standard, we will be glad to repair it at any time, free of charge. If a piece is being mailed to us for repair, we do require the customer to pay for the shipping each direction. If your piece of jewelry was damaged in extraordinary circumstances, or due to accident, misuse, improper care, or neglect, there may be a small charge depending on the damage. We also guarantee the fit. If a bracelet or ring does not fit perfectly, we will gladly size it for you free of charge. The customer would still be responsible for any mailing charges. We do ask for the customer to get an accurate measurement of their wrist or finger.

How can I shop online?
Shopping online at Crucian Gold is very simple. Just select the option you prefer.

• Place the items in your shopping cart and then checkout, and pay for the items using a credit card on the secure server

• Mail us your order

Note: For Fax payments please include the credit card number, billing address, expiration date and for mail-in payments, please send the money order, check or credit card info with the completed order form.

What payment methods do you accept?
CrucianGold.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover for all online purchases. If you do not feel secure entering your credit card information online, you can place your order with one of our account executives over the phone and pay through money orders or checks. Please call us Toll Free at 1-877-773-5241 for more information.

When are credit cards charged for an order?
CrucianGold.com charges your credit card when you make an order. If part of an order is back ordered, you are charged for the cost of the shipped items plus the full cost of shipping; when the backordered items are sent, you are billed only for the additional items.

Is my online shopping safe?
Orders are processed through Mal's e-commerce Limited (http://www.mals-e.com and ww9.aitsafe.com) using SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange to protect all personal and financial information.

Note: The "s" in "https://" at the beginning of the URL means you are logging into a secure page.

Why do you need my personal information?
We need your personal information in order to conform to the strict security standards set-up for your protection. For information on how your personal identifying data is handled, please view our privacy policy.

What sort of guarantee do I get?
If for any reason*, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crucian Gold, please return the purchased item. We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a credit.

Incomplete or damaged items:
Before unpacking our products please check out our invoice so you can verify they are what you ordered. Email your request to sales@cruciangold.com, specifying your purchase number ID and the reason for your request. Any refused items must be returned fully intact and in perfect condition, complete with their packaging and all documentation sent by Cruciangold.com.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible within 1 month following receipt and inspection of all items. We regret that delivery costs (forwarding and restitution) however cannot be paid.

What are my shipping options?
CrucianGold.com ships to street address (all shipping methods), P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses, all US territories as well as international addresses. Please note that not all shipping methods are available on all orders - shipping method is determined based on location.

U.S. citizens are each allowed $1,200 duty-free, but locally made goods, such as artwork and hand-wrought jewelry, are exempt and don't even count towards your $1,200.00. The applicable charges are as follows:

USPS mailing: Priority $10.00
Express mailing: $15.00

How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is received at CrucianGold.com, it is normally processed within 2 to 3 working days. All mail is insured and sent with delivery confirmation. Priority takes 2-3 business days and Express mailing is on the next business day.

How do I modify, return or cancel my order?
If you are having a problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@cruciangold.com or call us toll free at 1-877-773-5241. Orders have a two-hour time frame within which they can be canceled without any problem. We regret that after two hours, your order cannot be canceled.
